The William Optics AP 81/478 GTF 81 optics – the latest development from William Optics with 5 elements
The new GTF 81 from William Optics is once again a special innovation - the design of the telescope has been improved by 5 lenses arranged in two groups with an air gap. The front three lenses are made of high-quality FPL-53 glass, which corrects colour aberrations excellently, while the rear two ED lenses reduce image field curvature, so that an excellent image can be displayed overall.
The unbeatable optics ensure an extremely sharp, colour-corrected image, which makes the instrument particularly interesting for astrophotographers. Of course, each of the five lenses is fully multi-coated with STM coating.
