The popular Schmidt-Newtons are back! The closed tube prevents contamination, while the fast optics ensure short exposure times and high-contrast images in conventional or CCD photography.
The LXD 75 mount is equipped with tracking motors in both axes, which accurately track astronomical objects and can position them at up to 4.5° per second.
The AutoStar handbox with GoTo function controls the LXD 75 precisely and reliably. Precision gears in both axes allow operation with minimal backlash at all nine speeds.
