GSO supplies a short Vixen dovetail (approx. 100 mm long) with this telescope.
However, this dovetail is too short to ensure that the optical tube is securely attached to a mount.
It is better to opt for a dovetail plate approximately 330 mm long to provide a wider base between the clamps.
These simple models require drilling, as the centre-to-centre distance of the GSO mounting screws differs from the holes in these accessories:
