The ZWO FF107 APO is a quadruplet apochromat that has been specially developed for the high demands of astrophotography, but is also ideal for visual observation. Its optical design consists of four lens elements, including two ED glasses with particularly low dispersion. This combination ensures excellent colour correction, razor-sharp stars right to the edge of the 44-millimetre image circle and a completely flat image field – without the need for an additional flattener.
With a 107 mm aperture and 740 mm focal length, the system offers an ideal balance between detail resolution and image field size.
The robust 3.4" focuser with 360° rotator enables precise focusing and flexible adjustments to different cameras.
Precise CNC manufacturing and a compact design make the FF107 APO the perfect lens for astrophotographers who value quality and excellence.
Self-flattening design You do not need an additional flattener. There is also no need to maintain a specific back focus. You can simply connect any accessories you want, as long as they come into focus. For visual observation, a focus length of 120 mm is available for diagonal mirrors or other accessories.
